Cambodia e-Arrival Card: Mandatory Online Entry Form
Understanding the CeA arrival card, visa process, QR code steps, and the new V-Pass system
The “Cambodia e-Arrival” (CeA) Application
Mandatory formality since July 1, 2024
The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is a digital arrival system designed to simplify immigration procedures for all travelers entering the Kingdom of Cambodia.
All travelers, Cambodian and foreign, arriving by air must complete the e-Arrival Card online before entering Cambodia, even if they already hold a valid visa.
With a single digital process, the e-Arrival application allows you to complete:
- The Immigration Form
- The Customs Declaration
- The Health Declaration
- Visa: either upload your existing Cambodian visa
OR apply and pay for a Visa on Arrival directly through the app
Mandatory Submission Before Arrival
All travelers arriving in Cambodia by air must submit their Electronic Arrival Card within 7 days prior to their arrival.
BCC Practical Information
e-Arrival is required only if you arrive by plane
The system currently applies only to Cambodia’s 3 international airports. (Other borders will be included later.)
If you have trouble registering

Important:
- Ask staff to register you on your own phone, or
- Take a clear photo of the registration screen if it’s done on a tablet.

The app requires a local address. Simply enter the address of your first hotel, even if you will travel to several destinations later.

- T: Tourist Visa
- E: Ordinary Visa
- R: Diplomatic Visa
- B: Official Visa
- C: Courtesy Visa

Fill in the required immigration, customs, and health information.
After submission, a QR code is generated.

Replaces physical entry stamps since July 1, 2025

During Your Stay
- The v-Pass may be requested at any time
- It can be shown on your phone or in printed format
- Respect the authorized length of stay indicated on your v-Pass
Upon Leaving Cambodia
- Present your passport at exit immigration
- Your departure is digitally recorded
